  1. Dear Ma’am,
I am a Ph.D. candidate researching on post-9/11 American poetry. In my thesis I would like to broaden the scope of your “Reflecting on 9/11” and have found the relevance of your introductory discussion on American innocence, imperialism and so on to the field of post 9/11 poetry that you have considerably ignored. My thesis basically examines the tendency of soul- searching and identity-crisis in post 9/11 poetry through which this genre of poetry explores a much broader spectrum of spheres than what “Reflecting on 9/11” indicates. I would be greatly obliged if you find my words interesting and contact with me on this specific issue.
